Moeko Ishiguro
写真家 / 映像作家 / アーティスト

1990年生まれ。宮城県出身。 千葉大学建築学科卒業、東京藝術大学大学院デザイン専攻修了。
在学中ウィーン応用芸術大学die angewandteへ留学。舞台美術・映像表現を学ぶ。 
幼少期にはじめたクラシックバレエに影響を受け、身体感覚と空間の関係性を研究テーマとしてきた。
卒業制作「感覚風景のスタディ」では、バレエを踊った時の身体感覚の空間化をテーマとし、修了制作「Scenographia」では、日常風景を舞台的視点で捉える研究をもとに映像空間インスタレーションを制作した。
建築・舞台美術事務所での勤務を経て、写真家/映像作家として活動している。
舞台芸術分野における撮影を積極的に行うほか、自身の記憶と感覚にまつわる写真や見立てのシリーズを制作している。
いくつかの場面から新たなシーンを想像していくコラージュワーク、映像を用いた空間インスタレーションなど
株式会社toha代表取締役。こちらでは建築と自然の映像/写真を手掛ける。
井上潤美との共同プロジェクトC for S (Choreography for Scenography)では、公共空間において自身の身体で空間を理解する実験的活動を続けている。
Photographer / Videographer / Artist
Born in Miyagi Prefecture in 1990. Graduated from the Department of Architecture, Chiba University, and completed the Graduate School of Design, Tokyo University of the Arts. While a student at the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, studied stage design and visual expression. Influenced by classical ballet, which she started as a child, she has been focusing on the relationship between physical sensation and space as her creative theme. 
Her graduation project, "Study of Sensory Landscape," focused on the theme of spatializing the physical sensations of dancing ballet, and her graduation project, "Scenographia," was a video space installation based on her research into depicting scenes of ordinary life from a scenographic perspective.
After working for an architectural and stage design office, she has been active as a photographer/Videographer/artist.
She is the president of toha Inc.,where she mainly works with architectural and nature video/photography.
In her collaborative project C for S (Choreography for Scenography) with Masumi Inoue, she continues her experimental activities to understand space with her own body in public space.
